Project Spotlight

OIL & GAS PROJECTS:

Oil & Gas Project – Bakken Oil Field

For a client in the Bakken oil field, we installed fifty-seven 4” square piles to depth of 30-40 ft. These piles were in support of eight 36’” joints of pipe, for a slug catcher. At the height required, some of these piles are 5’ above grade.

Oil & Gas Project – Bakken Oil Field

For a client in the Bakken oil field, we installed over 200 piles of various size, from 3” to 6” piles in support of above ground piping and various pump buildings. Some piles were over 6’ above grade.

Oil & Gas Project – Bakken Oil Field

For a client in the Bakken oil field, we installed over 125 piles, in a swamp, to provide a solid deep foundation, allowing our client to build a terminal & pump station in a virtual marshland; the main pump building weighing close to 100 Tons.

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS:

Commercial Project – North Dakota

For a client in North Dakota, we installed 20 piles under two separate concrete slabs to lift them back to their proper level after concrete caissons failed. Due to the amount of suction the caissons created, 20 Ton jacks were used at all pier locations to break the suction and lift the slabs. The mounting brackets were then attached to the footing and backfilled.

Commercial Project – Montana

For a municipal client in Montana, our crew installed fifty, 11/2” piles to a depth of 50’ or more to a layer of bedrock. These piles were then attached to the footing of a building with a failing foundation. Our equipment allows us to get in to confined spaces where other methods of foundation repair just won’t allow.
